At Serene Coffee Roaster, we take pride in sourcing, roasting, and delivering coffee that meets the highest standards. Every bag of beans is prepared with care — and we want you to love every sip.
Shipping
We roast and ship Monday through Friday. Most orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days of being placed. During peak times, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
All orders are shipped via FedEx, USPS, or another reliable courier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
Currently, we ship within the United States only.
Returns
Because coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on roasted or unroasted beans.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If there’s a problem with your order — whether it’s the wrong item, a quality issue, or something else — please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Order Issues & Support
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, please contact us with your order number and any relevant details. We’ll work with the carrier and do what we can to help.
