REFUND POLICY

At Serene Coffee Roaster, our goal is to bring you the highest quality coffee — roasted fresh, thoughtfully sourced, and delivered with care.

Because coffee is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on roasted or unroasted (green) coffee.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something’s wrong with your order — whether it arrived damaged, was incorrect, or simply didn’t meet your expectations — please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.


Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your coffee was:

  • Incorrect (wrong item)

  • Damaged in transit

  • Missing from the package

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved due to an order error or other exceptional circumstance, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
